These Terms of Service govern your use of MenuGrocer at menugrocer.com. By using MenuGrocer, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MenuGrocer.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@menugrocer.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, use it to generate spam or harmful content, resell access, or use automated bots to generate lists at scale.
The free plan includes 3 grocery lists per month at no charge with no credit card required. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancel anytime from account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription — contact support@menugrocer.com within 7 days.
MenuGrocer uses AI to generate grocery lists from your meal plan. While we work hard to make lists accurate, AI can make mistakes. Review your list before shopping. For serious food allergies or medical dietary needs, always verify ingredient lists independently. MenuGrocer is not liable for incorrect or missing items on AI-generated lists.
MenuGrocer's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms occasionally and will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
